02. We give you a screening call
The screening call is our first step in getting to know you better. This helps us both establish if we are the right choice for your needs, and if you fit the needs of the role you have applied for.
03. We meet each other
If you have made it to this step, we are interested in learning more in-depth about your skills, values, and goals. We want to learn how you can add value to our team and match our core requirements. All of our interviews are in-person or via video-call.
04. We conduct background checks
Don't worry you're not in trouble! As a reputable organization, we do our due diligence and ask all applicants to complete a criminal record check. We also ask for references that can attest to your character and experience.
05. We finalize the job offer!
Congratulations! This is our final step in the recruitment process. We send out an offer letter and after you are satisfied with the role, we finalize the offer and send you further instructions on how to onboard!
